Moss Industrial Estate has an unrivalled location. Just off the A580, the ‘East Lancs’ provides a quick and easy connection to the 6 motorways which are within an 8 mile circumference of the estate. The estate sits in the middle of the major commercial centres of the North West, Manchester, Liverpool, Warrington, Bolton, Leigh and St. Helens, which provide an excellent customer and skill base.

The estate is situated perfectly for those whose market boundaries stretch internationally. The international airports of Manchester and Liverpool are both less than 30 minutes away.

To access the national rail network you can pick up the train from Wigan or Warrington Bank Quay Station (both 8 miles from Moss Industrial Estate) and from there it is possible to take the train to Central London in just 2 hours, or head further north into Scotland.
