Moss Industrial Estate has an unrivalled location. Just off the A580, the ‘East Lancs’ provides a quick and easy connection to the 6 motorways which are within an 8 mile circumference of the estate. The estate sits in the middle of the major commercial centres of the North West, Manchester, Liverpool, Warrington, Bolton, Leigh and St. Helens, which provide an excellent customer and skill base.

The estate is situated perfectly for those whose market boundaries stretch internationally. The international airports of Manchester and Liverpool are both less than 30 minutes away.

To access the national rail network you can pick up the train from Wigan or Warrington Bank Quay Station (both 8 miles from Moss Industrial Estate) and from there it is possible to take the train to Central London in just 2 hours, or head further north into Scotland.

Being close to but outside of the major towns and cities of the area means traffic congestion is not an issue locally on the daily commute. The area is also receiving continued investment in its public transport network, we will see the Leigh Guided Busway completed in the coming years which will offer direct access to Manchester City Centre from almost the doorstep of Moss Industrial Estate.

The local town of Leigh which is only a mile away from Moss Industrial Estate offers an array of supermarkets, cinema, restaurants, retail park, and several gyms and sports facilities. The estate sits adjacent to Pennington Flash Park which is a 170 acre lake famed for its diversity of birdlife and several kilometres of paths and tracks so you can be lost in nature in no time.
