Vinyl Detail
Driving growth at Centenary Court
Dan Wyke founded Vinyl Detail 7 years ago and has transformed it from a small-scale operation into a thriving business based in the brand-new Centenary Court at Moss Industrial Estate.

When was the business founded?
“I started the business in 2018 and we got our first unit two years later. We started out in a modest 1,000 sq ft unit, but we quickly outgrew our original premises.”
In August 2025, Vinyl Detail will celebrate five years of operating from dedicated premises, now proudly based at the brand-new Centenary Court at Moss Industrial Estate. Their new 5,000 sq ft unit marks a significant leap in capacity and capability.
Vinyl Detail’s client list includes major fleet operators and motorsport teams. In 2024 alone, they wrapped over 1,500 Amazon vans and are on track to complete another 900 this year. Their motorsport work spans multiple championships, with liveries featured on everything from Minis to Mercedes GT cars.
Much of their business comes through word of mouth and visual exposure. Vehicles wrapped by Vinyl Detail are, quite literally, moving advertisements.
How has the business grown?
“We needed more space. Not just for vehicles but for production, storage, and future growth. This unit gives us everything we need, including room to expand with a mezzanine floor and multiple fitting bays.”
Vinyl Detail has made significant investments in state-of-the-art equipment, including two large-format printers and a CNC machine. These tools allow the team to produce high-quality vinyl graphics for a wide range of applications.
Tell us about the team behind Vinyl Detail?
“We’ve built a great team. Everyone plays a role, from design and production to fitting and client management. It’s a real team effort.”
The business is powered by a tight-knit team of five full-time staff, including a designer and a newly appointed account manager. They’re supported by a network of trusted contractors who help meet demand across the UK.
What are the main benefits of being based at Moss Industrial Estate?
“There are lots of bare-shell units on the market, but Centenary Court offered us something different. Here, the layout is perfect. We have a ready-to-go layout that is ideal for our specialist, temperature-sensitive printing operations.
“We’ve got air conditioning and heating to maintain colour consistency, a dedicated production office, and plenty of space for vehicles and equipment.
“The unit has impressive sustainability credentials too, with solar panels and electric car charging. It’s also highly insulated so it’s very energy efficient to run. The estate itself is well-maintained and very green, with great transport links.”
What does the future have in store for Vinyl Detail?
“We now have room to grow. We’ve now got the space, the tools, and the team, so it’s about pushing ourselves further and making the most of this fantastic unit and its location.”
With and a strong foundation at Centenary Court, Vinyl Detail is poised for continued success. The team is already planning outreach to other businesses on the estate and is active on social media platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram to showcase their work.
